- UK & EU buyers must inform the seller of their intent to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Once the seller has been informed, buyers have an additional 14 days to return the item.
- Buyers are not required to provide a reason for canceling.
- Unless the item is received damaged or not as described, buyers are required to arrange safe and insured return postage.
- Sellers are required to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
