The sapphire is surrounded by sixteen platinum set Old European cut diamonds in a millegrain decorated scalloped border. The trifurcating ring shoulders incorporate platinum set paired leaf designs, each incorporating two further pavé set diamonds, integrating with the plain ring shank. This sapphire ring has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton Xl2 Analyzer) and verified as 18 karat gold and platinum.
