A good quality 18th Century Porcelain Tea Bowl and Saucer by Philip Christian of
the 'Bird on a Branch' Pattern.
Both Tea Bowl and Saucer are attractively decorated with a bird resting on a flowering peony with and insect in flight. Decorated rims on both.
Both are unmarked on the bases.

Cup Diameter: 7.5 cms

the period declared with the date/period of manufacture being 1766-70
condition
Both are in very good condition with no chips, repairs or restoration and with only some light usage marks on the inside of the cup and with some blue marking as shown.
