This striking cocktail cluster ring is set with a gorgeous old cut central diamond, presented in a raised white gold illusion setting to enhance its size and brilliance. Surrounding it are eight smaller old cut diamonds, collet and peg set in a graceful white gold crown, creating a dazzling floral cluster effect. The diamonds are of excellent quality — bright, clear and full of life — with a total carat weight of approximately 1.00ct, although they appear even larger due to the clever design of the setting. The ring features a stylishly shaped, substantial shank, and bears the French eagle's head hallmark for 18ct gold on the base of the band.
