A fine example of an 18th Century silver marrow scoop. Marrow scoops are found throughout the 18th/19th Century and are both collectable and sought after. This example has large and small scoop ends and a fine Boars head armorial engraved to the reverse. Irish silver is always in demand and an early example is an interesting collector's piece. Dimensions below. Hallmarks :- Hibernia, Crowned harp and Maker's mark. Maker :- Michael Keating.
