18THC Longcase Clock Fine English Oak Grandfather Clock Silver & Brass Dial C1728 Fine longcase clock Wonderful silver & brass dial Oak case square hood Familiar English hood 30-hour striking movement Square removal hood Working lock on the trunk 11 Inch arched dial Movement & case C1728 Working order Measures 204cm up by 41cm wide & 24cm deep Wonderful 30 hour tall slim longcase clock with brass and silver dial blue steel handles floral engraving around the calendar aperture. The chapter ring is signed by the maker James Pike of Newton Abbot. The grandfather is a wonderful oak case with inset pillars flanking the Square brass and silver dial. The dial measures 11 inches in diameter Clock measures 204cm high by 41 cm wide by 24 cm. Clock has a working lock which is original clock is wound by pulling the chains stands very well a good clean honest early English longcase. Very good condition for age, showing slight signs or age please view the many photos make sure happy.
