Super Malacca wood and hallmarked silver walking stick or cane. The silver was assayed in London as shown in the pictures, date letter for 1925 and makers mark for Benjamin Jacobs, trading as M Jacobs and Co, they were suppliers to the famous top quality retailer Brigg of London. The silver is also stamped with their name. Brigg is now part of the Swaine and Adeney company. Plain silver pommel to the top with a strong Malacca shaft. It's also quite a tall stick and very sturdy. The ferrule is original and made of brass. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
It measures 93.5 cm 36 3/4 inches in length, the pommel is 3.5 cm 1 1/2 inches long and 1 1/8 inches 2.8 cm in diameter.

It's in excellent condition but with some signs of age and use as you'd expect at this age. Some bumps and scratches to the silver as shown. The shaft is in excellent condition with no splits or repairs, again just surface signs of age and use as you'd expect.
