Description
A 1969 Omega stainless steel wristwatch ref 166.067. A silvered dial with applied steel batons to the hours, matching perfectly width wise to the onyx two line filled steel hands. A date aperture to 3 o'clock, with quickset feature. The Omega logo and name to the dial, Automatic and Seamaster below. The screw down case rear has the Omega Hippocampus logo.
A stainless steel case with shoulders that curve away nicely. A light brushed finish, following through to the original Omega 'beads of rice' bracelet. Bracelet reference 614. Two spare strap links.
The watch is powered by a 24 jewel, automatic Omega caliber 565 mechanism. Serial numbers date this watch to 1969.
