19th Century Blue Velvet Sofa

We present this elegant 19th Century French blue velvet sofa. The sofa structure is made from beech wood that has been sandblasted and lime washed to give it the delicate light colour which helps compliments the blue velvet and brings out the carved decorations. It has been reupholstered in blue velvet with double piping. The sofa is supported on four turned and fluted carved legs which helps give this item real character. A fine item of furniture.
