19th Century Cabinet Plate with a View Landscape

Unarmed 19th century cabinet plate with a view landscape. The plate has a decorative rim enhanced with gold in flowing leaf forms. It has a cobalt blue ground and gilt tendrils surrounding the main scene and the outer vignettes. The central scene and the outer vignettes are hand painted, and this is of course a very expensive process and this item would have been affordable only by the rich in it's day. It has the Manufacturer number.
