19th Century Copper Gypsy Kettle Range Kettle Double Castellated Seam Copper Kettle

This is a good sized 19th Century English antqiue copper Gypsy kettle.These were known as Gypsy kettles as they where used over open fires, But were also used in large kitchens on ranges or hanging in an inglenook on an arm they are basically for boiling water. In very good condition the body has double Castellated seam to the top and running down the side and also has a seam to the base,The Steel handle for hanging is riveted to be body with copper rivets, as is the tap neck. The interior is tinned.
