A superb late 19th Century (c.1880) French antique kingwood ladies writing desk, features include a bowed superstructure, curved glass display cabinets, velvet-lined shelves, two small drawers and four hand-painted porcelain plaques. Rich kingwood veneers and finely cast gilt-bronze ormolu mounts throughout.
