19th Century French Marble Top Gilt Console or Hall Table. This is a very attractive piece, the table is a hard wood carved with a bold scroll and shell decoration, at the front and acanthus leaf carving to the knees of the elegant cabriole legs which stand on ball and claw feet, the table top is in white marble.
The gold finish has a chic opulence, the table is very sturdy and in very attractive condition.
Originally the table would have been displayed under a Gilt Mirror, we have shown pictures of it with such a mirror, (the mirror is not included).
