19th Century Italian Alabaster Statue of a Family Group C1860

For sale is this beautiful antique alabaster carving. I would estimate it was carved in the mid-1900s, probably in Italy. It is a family group of a woman and two children all wearing classical dress. It was possibly carved to be a Grand Tour souvenir. It is approximately 37 tall and 23 centimetres wide at the widest point. It weighs a heavy 9.05 kilograms. Condition is overall good, although it appears that the figure of the mother has had her head broken off and restored at some point. Minor chipping and wear throughout. Please refer to photos.
