This is a stunning, fine and impressive antique 3.05 carat sapphire and 1.23 carat diamond, 9 carat white gold brooch; part of our diverse antique jewellery collection This stunning, fine and impressive antique sapphire and diamond brooch has been crafted in 9ct white gold. The fine pierced decorated elliptical frame features a central horizontal cross-shaped arrangement of nine impressive blue sapphires, totalling 3.05cts. This feature cross formation features a round cut sapphire to the centre, flanked with cushion cut sapphires subtly graduating in size towards the cross-bar terminals. The interlacing scalloped elliptical frame is further embellished by eighteen individually claw set Old European cut diamonds, totalling 1.23cts The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and safety catch fastening. This impressive antique brooch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton Xl2 Analyzer) and verified as 9ct gold. This stunning sapphire and diamond brooch is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.
