Description
This stunning, fine and impressive diamond brooch has been crafted in platinum. The pierced decorated, geometric shaped frame is ornamented with a feature 0.64ct Old European round cut diamond, collet set to the centre of a trelliswork design. The feature diamond is flanked on either side with a 0.32ct and 0.35ct individually collet set Old European round cut diamond, with a further two impressive collect set Old European cut designs completing this linear array. The central diamond features horizontal and vertical supports, each embellished with an individually millegrain decorated collet set diamond. Each sub-junction of the diagonal trellis design incorporates a horizontal rhombus shaped platinum setting, incorporating a pavé set Old European cut diamond. This platinum diamond brooch is further embellished with seventy-eight pavé set eight-cut diamonds, completing the paralleling angular border. The millegrain decorated brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp. This antique diamond brooch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton Xl2 Analyzer) and verified as platinum. This stunning 1920s Art Deco brooch is supplied with three independent diamond grading report certificates for the feature diamonds, in addition to an independent diamond grading report card for the supporting stones. Images do not always reflect the true colour and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual colour and showcases each stone.
