Description
This is a stunning, fine and impressive antique 42.88 carat aquamarine and 0.10 carat diamond, 9 karat white gold pendant; part of our diverse vintage jewellery and estate jewelry collections. This magnificent, fine and impressive antique aquamarine pendant has been crafted in 9k white gold. The pierced decorated frame displays an impressive feature collet set 42.88ct rectangular fancy cut aquamarine. The apex of the aquamarine features a stunning swept Art Deco design, incorporating three eight cut diamonds encompassing a baguette cut diamond. This array is surmounted with an impressive individually collet set transitional modern brilliant round cut diamond. This aquamarine pendant is suspended from a 14k white gold 17' chain via tapering bale embellished with a single pavé set eight-cut diamond, completing the design. The chain secures to the reverse with a conventional spring-loaded bolt ring fastening. The antique pendant has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton Xl2 Analyzer) and verified as 9 karat gold with a 14k gold chain. This impressive rectangular cut aquamarine pendant is supplied with an Idgl diamond and gemstone grading report card. Such original, large, fine and impressive aquamarines, in a setting of this period, are becoming increasingly difficult to locate. Images do not always reflect the true colour and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual colour and showcases each stone.
