Description
A delightful silver card case, dating to the Edwardian era. This charming example is decorated to the front with delicate sprays of engraved foliage, centred by two inset clover motifs in attractive and contrasting Connemara marble. The reverse is plain and the shaped rim aids with the easy removal of the cards held inside. An attractive example and collectable piece. Hallmarks :- Clear and readable. Maker :- William J Holmes. Date :- Birmingham 1901.
