Description
A fine example of a Henry and Richard Daniel porcelain Shrewsbury shape dessert plate produced between 1825 and 1830. Decorated in the centre with a finely executed scene of a man sitting beside ruins, hand-painted in bright enamel colours. The plate rim with further raised decoration and fine gilding. This piece is unmarked, but is pattern number, 4359.
