A fine porcelain vase from the factory of Henry and Richard Daniel, produced between 1825 and 1830. Recorded in the Daniel pattern book as shape number 241. This example is decorated with panels of summer flowers, hand-painted in bright enamel colours and reserved within a green ground. The vase itself has crossed, 'twig' handles, four scroll feet and a flaring rim. This piece is unmarked.

condition

The handles have been subject to extremely good professional restoration. There is some light wear to the gilding on the four feet. The painted decoration is in excellent, unworn condition.
