A Rare Chester Silver Admirals Cap Pin Cushion

A wonderful and rare pin cushion, assayed at the collectable Chester office. This excellent example is formed in the shape of a Royal Navy Admirals cap. The original blue silk pin cushion forms the top of the cap, with the silver forming the sides and the peak. The decoration to the silver is delightful and features trails of acorns and oak leaves, a crest and double row of laurel leaves. A rare piece, making a great addition to any collection.
