Description
A very good quality Edwardian Georgian revival mahogany linen press, made by Hanson and Sons of Pall Mall, London. Two door cupboard to top each with oval panels featuring four slides (A hanging rail can be fitted at no extra cost if prefered) above a cloth folding slide. Below, four graduated drawers each with oval plate swan neck handles. Standing on splayed feet. (Original lock with key to be added)
All drawer linings are solid oak as well as the back and slides. A wonderfully made piece of English furniture.

All of our furniture is treated, fully restored and sealed before painting. We have established a high reputation for our choice of colours and finishes.
Using flat matt emulsion finished with a variety of waxes, this is combined with a sympathetic and authentic distressed finish appropriate to each selected piece.
We try to match the right colour to the material; whether pine, oak or mahogany and also to the style of the piece; whether country wear or town house living etc.
We now use Farrow & Ball 'Dead Flat Matt' paint, a premium paint offered by the famous Farrow & Ball to provide the best matt finish in their incredible range of colours. The colour used on a particular piece of furniture will be in the item description.
