Description
This is a visually striking aesthetic movement / Arts & Crafts table/desk. The one drawer is angular and has a unique old fashioned key that works. Four delicate turned legs. Angular legs with angular supports for the table top. The top, drawer and sides have two inlays. Its highly unlikely that many of these tables were ever made. This was probably a leading design in its day. The table bears many features that one would associate with the work of Bruce Talbert.
Suggestion as to the maker; Jackson and Graham.
Gillows also made furniture by Talbert.
