Very striking annular plaid or kilt brooch in blue enamel on silver designed by famous Scottish designer, Alexander Ritchie. Free p&p to UK mainland. Ritchie who had a workshop on Iona, had an association with AH Darby & Sons, who made this brooch with Ritchie's own moulds in 1943, the year after Ritchie's death. Hallmarked for Birmingham 1943
