A fine silver tea strainer from the Art Deco period. This delightful example has an elongated handle with pierced decoration to the terminal and the round bowl is pierced with shaped designs. To the front edge are twin supports and the silver is of good gauge. An excellent usable piece from a stylish era. Date :- Sheffield 1939. Hallmarks :- Clear and readable. Maker :- Viner's Ltd.
