Antique 0.87ct Diamond & 18ct Yellow Gold Brooch c.1890

Fine and impressive 0.87 carat diamond, 18 carat yellow gold brooch; part of our diverse antique Victorian floral brooches collection. This fine and impressive Victorian brooch has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold. The impressive crescent-shaped setting is ornamented with seventeen impressive pavé set Old European cut diamonds. The upper portion of the brooch is ornamented with an impressive scrolling design incorporating a pavé set diamond to each terminal, in addition to a central five-petalled floral motif embellished with six further pavé set diamonds. The antique Victorian brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp fastening. This antique brooch is hallmarked to the side of the setting with the 18ct gold fineness mark (750). The brooch is supplied with an Idgl diamond grading report card. Images do not always reflect the true colour and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds.
