Antique 15ct Gold Amethyst & Pearl Pendant Edwardian Foliate Wreath Brooch 1905

Gorgeous amethyst & seed pearl pendant. This hand crafted Edwardian pendant / brooch is so pretty. Set to the centre with a wonderful mauve amethyst within a border of pretty little seed pearls, accented by a foliate wreath set with further pearls. Suspended below is a pear cut amethyst. To the top there is a removable bale so it can be worn as a brooch if wished This charming pendant looks fabulous when worn The pendant is 2 1/4" ( 5.5cm) long including bale and 1 1/4" ( 3cm) wide Can also be worn as a brooch (removable bale) Amethyst 20mm x 16mm and 15mm x 12mm It is marked 15ct gold on the reverse It weighs 7 grams It dates to around 1900.
