Antique 1918 Sterling Silver Jewellery Box

Here we have a beautiful antique silver jewellery box from the early 1900s. It would be perfect for storing rings, earrings or other smaller jewellery items. It comes in a gift bag and would be a great present. It was made by Hemming & Walton and it was Hallmarked in Birmingham in 1918. The Hallmarks are on the base of the box. The box is a larger size and has four elegant feet. It has shiny silver sides and CHP elaborately engraved in the centre of the lid. The hinge works well and the lid lifts to show a blue material interior and a gilded inside of the lid. It is a beautiful box and would stand out very well on a dressing table or shelf.
