Description
This is a very pretty Antique Silver Spoon featuring a golf motif on the handle. It’s coffee spoon sized and comes in a gift bag. It’d be a lovely present for a golf enthusiast.
It’s made of shiny Sterling Silver. It’s the traditional Old English design with a smooth tapered handle. At the top of the handle it features a pretty engraving of two golf clubs and a golf ball which has beautiful detailing.
On the back of the handle it has the maker’s mark and hallmarks. It was made by Cooper Brothers and Sons and it was hallmarked in Sheffield in 1925.
It’s in very good condition with the silver shiny. There are a couple of initials scratched near the hallmarks and the odd small scratch in the bowl.
It weighs 13g and measures 11.2cm in length (nearly 4 1/2 inches).
