Description
Detailed and interesting antique 19th century cast bronze figure of a fallen knight in armour. He is depicted still with his shield (which has a cross design) upon one arm and a broken sword by his side.
The armour is very well represented and the ovoid base also has a textured surface.
The item is in very good order with a little old polish residue in some of the recessed areas.
A superb and rare piece for a collector of medieval themed items, armour, or bronze figures.
