A stunning, fine and impressive antique Victorian 3.91 carat garnet, 0.95 carat diamond, 10k yellow gold and silver set brooch; part of our garnet jewelry collection. This stunning, fine and impressive antique brooch has been crafted in 10k yellow gold with a silver setting. The pierced decorated oval-shaped frame is ornamented with an impressive central yellow gold collet set 3.91ct cabochon cut garnet. The feature gemstone is encompassed with twenty-four pavé set Dutch cut diamonds. The shaped foliated border is embellished with thirty-four further pavé set Dutch cut diamonds, completing the design. This brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp fastening. This impressive antique garnet and diamond brooch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 10k gold and silver.
