Stunning antique 43.84 carat oval cut aquamarine, 0.85 carat diamond and pearl, platinum and silver set brooch; part of our antique jewellery and estate jewelry collections. This stunning, fine and impressive antique aquamarine brooch has been crafted in platinum with a silver setting. The pierced decorated, oval shaped setting displays a central feature collet set 43.84ct oval faceted cut aquamarine. The feature aquamarine is encompassed with fifty-six pavé set Old Dutch cut diamond. The pierced decorated interlacing border incorporates eight seed pearls. The millegrain decorated scalloped border is embellished with a further forty-eight pavé set Old Dutch diamonds. The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and push fit clasp. This impressive Edwardian aquamarine brooch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton Xl2 Analyzer) and verified as platinum and silver. This stunning brooch is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card. Images do not always reflect the true colour and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual colour and showcases each stone.
