This stunning, fine and impressive antique Victorian pendant/brooch has been crafted in 9k yellow gold with a silver setting.
The pierced decorated stellate design is ornamented with a central feature silver claw set 1.05ct Old European round cut diamond.
The central stone is encircled with ten claw set Old European cut diamonds, creating a central cluster design.
The pierced decorated floriated frame emanating from the central design in a swirl formation is embellished with three further Old European round cut diamonds, in a combination of collet and pavé settings.
The brooch secures to the reverse with a 9k yellow gold detachable hinged pin and clasp fastening; the removable pin indicates the high quality of the piece.
This versatile brooch may also be worn as a pendant, suspended from a contemporary 18k yellow gold 45.72cm/18' chain via the hinged bale to the reverse.
