Stunning, fine and impressive antique 7.20 carat sapphire and 2.91 carat diamond, 15 karat yellow gold and silver set brooch; part of our diverse 1920s sapphire jewellery collection.
This stunning, fine and impressive sapphire brooch has been crafted in 15k yellow gold with a silver setting.
The tapering curvilinear feature portion of the brooch is embellished with twenty-eight cabochon sapphire beads, arranged in a tiered cluster formation replicating the details of a floral head.
This asymmetric brooch is further embellished with an elongated scrolling design to either side, in addition to a tied ribbon motif creating a floral spray arrangement.
The surface of this desirable floriated brooch is embellished with two-hundred and fifty-five pavé set eight cut diamonds.
The reverse of the brooch flower head is embellished with a pierced decorated trellis design; this indicates the high quality of the piece.
This antique sapphire spray brooch secures to the reverse with a yellow gold hinged pin and clasp fastening.
