Dates to just after the First World War c1920s. The style is a cocktail / statement ring housing a very large oval domed cabochon piece of flecked Baltic Amber. Condition is very good, especially considering its age. 8ct Gold first came into use after WWI when resources in Germany were scarce. Due to its historical significance it is highly collectable. Width across setting is 20.2 mm. Amber size approx 20mm x 17mm.
