This is a lovely antique Art Nouveau sterling silver photo frame measuring 4 1/4″ (11 cms) x 4″ (10 cms) with the opening measuring just over 2″ (5.5 cms) x 1 1/4 cms (3 cms) across. It's hallmarked for Birmingham 1904 with the silversmiths mark for Henry Charles Freeman. The front left of the frame shows three farm workers scything the fields and the bottom of the frame has the quote 'Peace Hath Her Victories' which is by Milton. It has the original oak backing and stand and the whole item is in excellent original condition.
