Description
A very handsome little antique Art Deco era fishing scale or pocket scales.
Made from solid brass with embossed numbering to the front right hand side going up to a maximum of 24lbs.
It is an unmarked piece and hails from around the 1920s, English make.
It has a top hoop for holding and a large s hook to the base.
Attractive as a display piece or as a gift for the fishing enthusiast.

condition
Good used condition overall, some signs of use and wear commensurate with age, an impress mark to the left side but this appears to be a manufacture mark, lots of rich aged patina, appears to work well.
