Description
Antique brass kettle with turned wooden handle and four little feet, made around 1900 probably though could be a decade either way. As far as I can tell, this is a Scottish toddy kettle, for making hot toddies (how marvellous!); a warm drink of whisky, lemon and honey etc and entirely justified under the guise of being medicinal.

condition
Condition is pretty good for the age: there's one obvious dent near the base; general scuffs and dings otherwise, and could do with a polish up on top.
