This is an antique cased draughtsman's set. An English, technical drawing case of silver nickel and brass tools by W.H. Harling, dating to the Edwardian period, circa 1910. Nicely presented instruments for the master draughtsman displaying a desirable aged patina and in good order. Quality instruments comprise of silver nickel and brass. Offering a comprehensive selection of 21 pieces. Appealing mahogany case shows fine grain interest and rich caramel hues. Dressed with a small inset brass lined lock — key absent. Lift-out tool tray presents the instruments against a violet coloured velvet lining. Sets of compass, roller beam fittings and pointers with other accessories. Maker's name to the interior for W.H. Harling of London. Instruments also engraved with the Harling name. Many pieces further engraved with the name of a former owner J.H. Rogers.
