A super piece, we have a late Edwardian oak desk of superior quality and wonderfully decorative design including an unusual inserted oak tiled top. The desk sits well with well thought through design which is not only practical but highly pleasing to the eye.
We have a long middle drawer with a flight of 2 drawers all with original brass handles either side which sit on its ornamental legs and base. As mentioned we have a most unusual top which is original to the piece. The desk sits in a lovely order with gentle wear in the right places, nothing nasty or off-putting.
A rather beautiful desk of super quality with a pleasing grain and tone to the oak.
