Antique Early Oak Furniture 17th Century Charles 1 Joined Wainscot Armchair - English

A superb early 17thc Oak Wainscot Armchair in near original condition.....the way you like to find them in.......it has gained a fine natural colour, decorated with a "lozenge" pattern to the centre back panel and a top rail that is carved with "nulling" decoration, shaped arms supported by baluster turned uprights, which is reflected in the turning on the front legs ... made from around 1620-40 and in very good condition with only a small loss to the feet, from standing on a damp floor...would make a really fine addition to any early collection of oak furniture...!
