Description
This is a pair of antique ecclesiastical candlesticks. An English, pierced brass candle holder in Aesthetic Period taste, dating to the Victorian period, circa 1890.
Distinguished candlesticks with an elegant appearance displaying a desirable aged patina in good original order. Quality brass with warm golden tones and a lightly weathered finish. Fretwork body with fan-shaped piercing a distinctive touch. Candle nozzle set within a flared rim with a diameter of 23mm (1''). Wide, tiered foot dressed with a protective green baize.
This is a charming pair of antique ecclesiastical candlesticks, with a fine fretwork finish and wonderful colour. Delivered ready for the home.
