Exquisite antique 18ct gold Edwardian peridot and pearl cluster ring – superb condition. This stunning antique ring is crafted in rich 18ct gold and dates to the late Victorian / Edwardian period, circa 1900. A fine example of period craftsmanship, it features a striking oval peridot in a vivid lime green hue, surrounded by a halo of sixteen natural pearls with deep, even lustre. The central peridot measures approximately 9.5mm x 13mm and is securely collet-set, as are the surrounding pearls, each around 3mm in diameter. Delicate millegrain edging adds an elegant finish to the settings, enhancing the ring’s vintage charm. The cluster is complemented by beautifully decorated trifurcated shoulders, leading to a solid shank. The head of the ring measures 20mm x 16.5mm and stands 6.5mm proud of the finger, making a bold yet graceful statement when worn. The ring is in exceptional original condition, showing very little sign of wear – a rare find. It has been thoroughly inspected and tests as 18ct gold.
