This is a super antique Edwardian sterling silver sovereign case measuring 1 1/4″ (3 cms) across and hallmarked for Birmingham 1904 and quite unusual as it has a glass lid. It's all in very good condition, it weighs 20 grams and the area inside springs as it should. There are no inscriptions or monograms and any marks you can see on the silver are just reflections - the coin does not come with the case it is for show purposes only.
