This is an antique engine bearing with polished finish. An English, cast iron and bronze desk ornament or paperweight, and dating to the Victorian period.
Fascinating mechanical form and interest. Displays a desirable aged patina. Polished finish adds to the desirably distressed cast iron.
Bearing cap is numbered 2819. Bronze bearing with numbered parts 38 and 26 respectively. Bearing mount is part number 2815.
This is an intriguing antique engine bearing and would make for an interesting conversation piece in any office or study. Delivered polished and ready for display.
