Antique English Oak Country Table & Stool

This is a charming 18th Century English oak tavern table of great colour and in very good condition. This has been matched with a circa 1920s stool which retains the original paint decoration. The stool sits perfectly inside the table and is easy to put in and pull out and both are very similar in colour. A delightful, useful and useable country set that is perfect for eating and drinking at. For one or two, you will enjoy using this piece every day. Ideal decor for the country cottage, small apartment or kitchen. Also ideal to combine as a work and dining table that can do both and doesn't take up too much room, but provides a good work surface and keeps the stool stored neatly when not in use.
