Antique French Capitonnée Upholstered Double Bed Frame

Offering for sale this French period bed frame with a beautifully carved headboard, footboard and side rails. Traditional French bed in original gold gilt paint, floral stripy damask chenille fabric and stands on carved fluted legs. The bed frame boasts an old timeworn patina only obtained through years of use, you will find old indentations, paint loss and scuff’s on the paint work as you would expect. The fabric is in good clean condition showing light marks in places. Looks amazing if your after the original shabby French lived in look.
