Antique Georgian Silver Drum Mustard Pot - 1828

This is a lovely and high quality antique sterling mustard pot made by C T Fox and hallmarked in London 1828. It has an accompanying solid silver spoon which was made a little later by W R Sobey and hallmarked in Exeter 1836. It is in very good condition with a gilded interior. The lid closes fully and has a shell shaped thumbpiece. The pot is made with a thick gauge of silver and has a gadroon decoration to the upper rim. The spoon also is in very good condition and both pieces are clearly hallmarked. This is a fine piece of Georgian silver from a well respected maker.
