Description
This is a fine and imposing Georgian sterling silver teapot made by Solomon Royes & John Dix and hallmarked in London 1819. It is in very good condition with no dents just an old minor repair to the end of the spout. The teapot stands firmly on 4 ball feet and is heavily decorated to the body with scrolled initials below. The finial and handle are also attractively decorated. A lovely looking Regency silver teapot from well known makers (NB any shadows shown in photographs are merely reflections).
