This offering is for a finest quality antique half doll produced in Germany by the prestigious factory of Dressel & Kister. This antique pin cushion doll measures a 10 cm in height. This nude half doll is made of beautiful white porcelain and has grey comb marked hair which falls to the shoulders in braided ringlets. On her head this lady wears an elaborate garland of colourful roses with green foliage. She has both arms away from the body and in her right hand she holds a single pink rose with green leaves. The doll is marked to the inside of the body with the Dressel & Kister blue crozier factory mark.

This fabulous half doll is offered in overall good condition. I have found one nibble to the tip of one of the leaves of the rose in the doll's hand and very minor nibbles in the headdress, none of which are obtrusive. . There are some nibbles and chips to the edges of the rose petals and the foliage in the head garland although this is not immediately noticeable and in my opinion is not too obtrusive. There are no other flaws noted. Thank you for looking.
